Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and dynamic System & Business Analyst to join our growing IT department. This role is designed for highly skilled individuals who are passionate about IT systems and business processes. The System & Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying system solutions, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technical and business operations and be able to deliver actionable insights that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for IT systems.
• Develop functional specifications and create documentation for system designs, enhancements, and processes.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely implementation of solutions.
• Evaluate current systems and workflows to identify areas of improvement and propose necessary changes.
• Assist in testing and troubleshooting systems to ensure they meet business needs.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders and management on project progress, system performance, and business impact.
• Provide training and support to end users on new and existing systems.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance, and recommend optimizations where needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong experience in system analysis, business process analysis, and IT project management.
• Excellent knowledge of business operations, project management methodologies, and system implementation techniques.
• Proficiency in system design, UML, and other business analysis tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and system testing.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or a similar IT-focused role.
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing system functionality, and leading the design and implementation of solutions.
• Previous experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible working hours with some remote work options available.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines.
