Job Summary

Cigna is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and dynamic Executive Admin / Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting senior executives with a wide range of administrative tasks, while also utilizing analytical skills to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments, offering administrative and strategic support in alignment with Cignas core business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between senior management and various departments, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct business analysis, gathering data, and preparing reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation in an efficient and accessible manner.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, business proposals, and meeting agendas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and implement project timelines.
  • Manage executive-level correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Provide general office support, including office supplies management and organizing team events or activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, business analyst, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and business analysis techniques is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or business analyst role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives and managing high-level administrative functions.
  • Strong background in business analysis, with experience gathering data, analyzing trends, and producing reports for decision-making.
  • Previous experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required for urgent requests or project deadlines.
