Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join Cignas Global Health team in a hybrid work model. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support key administrative functions within the organization. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations and effective communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient use of time.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and company events, including logistics and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and functional.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other document management tasks.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships across departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
