Job Summary

Join Amazons dynamic warehouse team in Canada as part of our hybrid work-from-home and office/warehouse setup! This role offers the flexibility to handle core warehouse operations from home while also participating in on-site tasks when required. You will play a vital role in fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of packages to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders by packing and preparing items for shipment
• Track inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed
• Coordinate with team members to maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Conduct virtual check-ins with team leads and report progress on daily targets
• Adhere to Amazons safety and quality standards, both on-site and remotely
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehousing are a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in team settings
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and inventory software is an asset
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs or more as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is advantageous

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts are available, including daytime, evening, and weekend options
• Must be available to come on-site as needed, based on the needs of the operation

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and general computer use
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for virtual coordination
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor issues independently and escalate when necessary
• Adaptability: Comfortable with a role that combines both remote and physical work settings
