Progressive Technology is seeking a meticulous Typist Clerk to join our team in a hybrid capacity, offering both remote and office-based options. The ideal candidate will provide essential typing and clerical support, handling various document preparation tasks, data entry, and general office duties. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately type and format various documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage data entry tasks with a high level of precision and speed.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations as required.
- Conduct proofreading to ensure accuracy in documents before final submission.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering emails and managing schedules.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in typing or clerical work is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and typing software.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably as a typist or data entry clerk.

Working Hours
- Flexible scheduling available, with options for part-time or full-time hours.
- Regular office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with remote options based on project requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 50 words per minute).
- Familiarity with document management systems and data entry software.
- Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and prioritize tasks.
- High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
