Role Description

Primary Project Manager/Director to lead the project and Liaison with Infor Implementation team to successfully implement Infor LN during defined scope of Project Oversees project resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery

Major Responsibility

Strategy & Execution of Implementation:

Establishes and enforces the key project management Infor Delivery methodologies throughout the complete project lifecycle. Defines, documents and communicates the implementation strategy for the project. Develops and manages a global master project plan to minimizing risk and maximizing attainment of company s business goals.

Functional design and governance:

Leads the design of the overall application solution with the input of Steering Committee and Infor consultants. Seeks to minimize any application modification / customization by requiring Change control board / steering committee to evaluate business process redesign when uncovering any application gaps. Also drives the teams to be sure local and regional business requirements are captured and integrated.

Scope, Time and Budget Enforcement:

Maintains a budget for the project and ensures adherence. Identifies budget changes and notifies Steering Committee of any required changes.

Communicates issues/risks articulates resulting affect on project scope, time and budget.

Enforces the scope of project within defined project charter. Actively seeks to identify potential scope changes and appropriate actions in order to keep the project within scope, on time and on budget.

Business Benefits:

Identify triggers and associated processes to generate benefits. Working with BPO and local management quantify benefits impacts locally. Monitor and track benefits regularly.

Leads deployment teams to ensure buy-in to the project decisions and approach by working with the appropriate stakeholders and decision-makers at appropriate phases of project cycle. Leads deployment teams to ensure that all new system components are fully tested and signed off. Leads programs for change management and communication, ensuring organizational alignment to the project. Ensures that a complete UAT (user acceptance test) is conducted prior to taking a decision for go-live.

Team and Resources Management:

Directly lead the track leads. capable to manage last team of 50+ core team members

Education Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent Business Administration

Experience Requirements:

15+ Years

Previous experience in managing complex projects, programs and teams in an international and global environment is a must.

Previous experience preferably with ERP projects would be a plus.

A PMP certification and/or MBA is recommended.

IT and Finance is a preference for the field of study but any field can be suitable as long the person has the proper experience in program management.
