Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree in related field preferred but not required).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM and data management tools.
- Typing Speed: High typing speed and accuracy, ideally 50 WPM or more.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and managers.

Experience
- Required: No prior professional experience is required, although experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry is a plus.

Working Hours
- This is a full-time, remote position.
- Flexible working hours with a focus on completing tasks within deadlines. Core hours are expected to be during standard business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in your respective time zone), but flexibility for early or late shifts may be available.
- Must be available for occasional team meetings or updates during business hours.
