Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Content Tagging: Tag movies, TV shows, and documentaries with relevant metadata, including genres, sub-genres, moods, and other descriptors that help personalize recommendations for users.
• Data Review & Quality Control: Regularly review content metadata to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Netflixs tagging guidelines.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with content curators, editorial, and data teams to maintain and improve the tagging framework and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Trend Identification: Stay up to date with current trends in entertainment and culture to ensure Netflixs catalog stays fresh, diverse, and reflective of global audiences.
• Content Analysis: Analyze video content and create detailed tags based on narrative themes, cultural nuances, and visual motifs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
