Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
  • Experience handling both voice and non-voice customer interactions is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time positions available, with shifts scheduled from Monday to Sunday.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
