Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, provide support in conflict resolution, and assist in promoting a positive work environment.
  • Benefits Administration: Help administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and assist in implementing employee development programs.
  • Compliance and Record Keeping: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and assist with audits as needed.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Help develop and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on HR metrics and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
