HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or an entry-level professional eager to kickstart their career in Human Resources. In this role, you will assist in various HR functions, contribute to the enhancement of our employee experience, and help implement effective HR policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in HR data management.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Support training and development programs by coordinating logistics and tracking attendance.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Experience:
- No prior experience is required; however, internships or relevant coursework in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
