Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and enhance our HR service offerings. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions that support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Alteryx to identify trends and generate reports.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on data trends and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management and governance.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, providing data-driven insights to support organizational initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and HR metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation.
- Strong skills in Tableau for creating visually appealing and informative dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Experience
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the HR sector or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Flexibility in working hours may be required based on project needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and their application in HR contexts.
