Job Summary

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and data architecture to support analytical and reporting needs.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic business decisions.
• Design and implement predictive and prescriptive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Create engaging visualizations and dashboards to communicate analytical findings to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize business processes and product offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, data engineering, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and dashboard creation.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Experience in working with large datasets and data integration from multiple sources.
• Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.

Working Hours

• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required based on project demands and deadlines.
