Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a virtual or remote setting.
- Experience handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
Working Hours:
- This position requires flexibility, with shifts available during weekdays and weekends. Full-time and part-time options are available.
