Key Responsibilities

  • Course Advising: Engage with potential students via phone, email, and in-person to provide detailed information about course offerings, enrollment processes, and educational opportunities.
  • Telecalling: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to address queries, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into enrolled students.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining student records, processing applications, and coordinating scheduling for classes and events.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to students and parents, ensuring all inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of student information.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to support outreach initiatives and promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field or relevant experience in education, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Experience

  • Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational advisory roles is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional weekend work may be required during peak enrollment periods.
