Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chewys products and services to assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries.
- Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and returns while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team to help improve service quality and product offerings.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Experience with online retail and familiarity with pet products is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
