Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
Working Hours:
