Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus on the waste management sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required for client meetings and events.
