Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and process merchandise shipments efficiently.
• Organize and stock products on shelves, ensuring items are properly labeled and displayed.
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
• Assist in inventory management, including counting, checking, and recording stock levels.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily stocking goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers as needed and maintaining a positive shopping environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Working Hours

• Part-time and full-time positions available.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
