In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining our stores visual appeal and ensuring that our customers have access to a diverse range of products. Key Responsibilities
- Unload trucks and process merchandise shipments efficiently.
- Organize and stock products on shelves, ensuring items are properly labeled and displayed.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting, checking, and recording stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily stocking goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers as needed and maintaining a positive shopping environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail, stocking, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
Working Hours
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
