Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately type, format, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records of files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Input and update data into various software systems and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials as required.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Exceptional typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar and spelling abilities.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with remote working tools and technologies is an advantage.
  • Experience in data entry or document management is a plus.

Working Hours
