Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining key deliverables and timelines.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and identify potential risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for end-users.
- Leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimize business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience:
- Proven track record in business analysis and project management.
- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems integration.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time remote position based in New York. Flexible working hours may be accommodated based on project needs and team collaboration.
