Key Responsibilities
- Passenger Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, assisting them with check-in, boarding, and baggage inquiries.
- Baggage Handling: Ensure the safe and efficient handling of passenger baggage, including loading, unloading, and tracking lost luggage.
- Coordination: Collaborate with airline staff and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations, including gate management and boarding processes.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security regulations, conducting safety checks on equipment and procedures.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve passenger complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive travel experience.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of passenger interactions and incidents, reporting any irregularities to management.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training programs to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, travel, or related fields is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Experience
