You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with their queries and concerns regarding orders, products, and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, order status, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the system, ensuring all details are captured accurately.
  • Collaborate with other teams (logistics, inventory, etc.) to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotional offers, and policies to provide informed assistance.
  • Contribute to team goals by participating in training sessions and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent (freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with customer service software.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience:

  • This position is open to fresh graduates; prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible shifts (including evenings and weekends) to accommodate business needs. Full-time positions available.
