Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to various departments including order management, data entry, and processing of invoices.
- Handle customer orders, verify documents, and ensure data accuracy in our systems.
- Monitor and maintain accurate databases, ensuring up-to-date records of inventory, sales, and customer details.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, analytics, and insights to support management decisions.
- Coordinate with customer service teams to resolve any order-related discrepancies or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support back-office processes such as inventory management, returns, and logistics tracking.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards for all tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in back-office or administrative roles, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or order management software is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Working Hours
- Flexible work hours with the opportunity to choose shifts.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with some flexibility depending on workload).
- Option to work extended hours during peak sales periods, such as festive seasons.
