Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with support tools and technology, such as ticketing systems and chat software.

Working Hours

  • Flexible scheduling available for both day and night shifts.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time roles; full-time roles require 40 hours per week.
