Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive online lessons in various computer science subjects, including programming, software applications, and digital literacy.
• Create and update course materials, assessments, and instructional resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Facilitate online discussions and provide timely feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with other instructors and the administrative team to improve course offerings and student engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to provide relevant and practical knowledge to students.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer applications, programming languages, and educational technology tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Proficiency in using online learning management systems (LMS) and video conferencing tools.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching or training experience in computer-related subjects.
• Experience in developing online course materials and assessments.
• Familiarity with diverse teaching methodologies and adult learning principles.

Working Hours

• This is a flexible, part-time position with the ability to set your own hours. Instructors are expected to be available for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week, including live teaching sessions and student support.
