Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices in a work-from-home setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and recruitment platforms.

Experience:

Working Hours:

• Part-time position with flexible working hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
