You will collaborate with game designers and other artists to create engaging and visually striking landscapes that enhance player experience. Key Responsibilities

• Design, model, and texture high-quality 3D environments and props that align with the artistic vision of our projects.
• Collaborate with the art director and design team to ensure a cohesive visual style across all game assets.
• Optimize 3D models and textures for performance while maintaining visual fidelity.
• Participate in the brainstorming and conceptualization process for new environments and levels.
• Provide constructive feedback to junior artists and assist in their development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance skills and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max).
• Strong texturing skills using tools such as Substance Painter or Photoshop.
• Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Solid understanding of environmental design, composition, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your best work in 3D environments.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a 3D Environment Artist in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality assets on time.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
