HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and analytical Trader - Options Portfolio Manager to join our team during the night shift. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trading strategies for options portfolios based on market analysis and trends.
• Monitor market conditions and execute trades with precision, ensuring optimal timing and pricing.
• Analyze risk exposure and performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments to the portfolio.
• Collaborate with quantitative analysts to refine trading algorithms and improve strategy performance.
• Maintain accurate records of trading activities and performance to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on portfolio performance and market insights.
• Continuously evaluate and research new opportunities to enhance trading strategies and portfolio performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; a masters degree or relevant certification (CFA, CMT) is a plus.
• Proven experience in options trading or portfolio management, with a strong track record of success.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and trading psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and software; experience with algorithmic trading is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in options trading or portfolio management.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressure environments and make quick, informed decisions.
• Experience in utilizing trading tools and platforms to analyze market data and execute trades.

Working Hours

• Night shift: 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday, with potential for additional hours during peak trading periods.
