Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and compile data to support departmental initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with team members to track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support team members and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a virtual or remote work setting is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services or customer service industry is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Part-time position with flexible working hours; approximately 20 hours per week.
  • Must be available to work during standard business hours, with some flexibility for team collaboration.
