Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and skilled Technicien Support Informatique H/F to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and support to our internal staff and clients, ensuring that all IT systems and services operate smoothly. This position is vital to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems in a timely manner.
- Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Maintain an accurate log of all support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that improve productivity and user experience.
- Document technical procedures and user guides to enhance team knowledge and assist in training new staff.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular checks to ensure optimal operation.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required for system maintenance or urgent support issues.
