Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team remotely from Paris. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities

- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and inform strategy adjustments; prepare monthly reports on social media performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies relevant and innovative.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).

Experience
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Working Hours
- Flexible working hours with a requirement of approximately 40 hours per week.
- Availability for occasional meetings in different time zones.
