Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team remotely from Paris. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. Your role will involve creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys marketing objectives.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Community Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner to foster community relationships.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and inform strategy adjustments; prepare monthly reports on social media performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies relevant and innovative.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with a strong visual sense and ability to generate innovative ideas.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in managing social media for brands or agencies, with demonstrable results.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a requirement of approximately 40 hours per week.
• Availability for occasional meetings in different time zones.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
