Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in hospitality or aviation is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by flight schedules.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to reach overhead compartments.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role within the aviation industry is advantageous but not required.

Working Hours

  • Full-time positions with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per flight schedules.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to changing schedules.
