• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to address order-related issues.

• Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
• Assist in resolving customer order inquiries and concerns through internal systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in an order processing, fulfillment, or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
