- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to address order-related issues.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Use warehouse management software and systems to track and update order status.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Assist in resolving customer order inquiries and concerns through internal systems.
- Contribute to team productivity and meet departmental goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in order processing systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience
- Previous experience in an order processing, fulfillment, or warehouse role is preferred but not required.
