Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Shipments: Accurately unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and conditions of products.
• Sorting and Storing: Organize and store products in designated locations using appropriate equipment and procedures.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label products for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory counts, track product movement, and report any discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and address any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and the ability to operate warehouse management systems.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.

Experience:

• Previous Warehouse Experience: Experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Equipment: Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Shifts: Various shifts are available, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.
