Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage IT implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of new IT systems with existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and smooth data flow between systems.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business units and IT teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors and service providers to manage the procurement, installation, and configuration of hardware and software solutions.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of new systems and technologies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT projects, including project plans, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system implementations and provide ongoing support to ensure system stability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management or system implementation, preferably within a large corporate environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of system integration and data migration.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects and implementing large-scale systems.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, with standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Flexibility may be required to accommodate project deadlines and international time zones.
