Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional service.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Educate customers on available banking products and services, including loans, credit cards, and digital banking solutions.
- Assist in cross-selling of banking products to maximize customer value.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the banks internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognized university (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using computers and banking software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.

Experience:

- Full-time position with standard banking hours (Monday to Saturday).
