Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about Flipkarts products, services, and policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been satisfactorily resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English and any regional language (verbal and written).
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to use CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Experience:
