Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of CIBCs products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve client issues or complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Account Management: Assist clients with account-related inquiries, transactions, and changes, including updating personal information and processing service requests.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote CIBCs products and services that align with the clients needs, contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document client interactions and transactions, providing detailed reports and feedback as required by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours, including potential evenings and weekends based on business needs. Flexibility is required.
