Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will be the go-to expert for all things related to kitchen and bath products, ensuring that customers receive knowledgeable advice and outstanding service throughout their shopping experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining the aisles appearance, and enhancing customer satisfaction in both English and French.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance in both English and French.
• Provide expert advice on kitchen and bath products, including features, benefits, and installation requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, ensuring a personalized and positive shopping experience.
• Maintain the Kitchen & Bath aisle by organizing products, ensuring proper signage, and keeping the area clean and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle customer inquiries or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and products in the kitchen and bath industry to provide up-to-date recommendations.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
