Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service management, with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or experience management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Experience in a retail or home improvement industry is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in implementing customer experience improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, with standard working hours Monday through Friday, and occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet business requirements.
