Job Summary:
Home Depot is seeking a dedicated and proactive Pro Account Sales Associate who is fluent in French to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding relationships with professional contractors and businesses, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Pro Account Sales Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our Pro customers, offering tailored solutions and fostering long-term partnerships to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Pro customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Pro customer segment to drive revenue growth.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to Pro customers, tailored to their specific project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including managing special orders and resolving any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with Pro customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Home Depots products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with Pro customers.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to both internal stakeholders and Pro customers.
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or home improvement industry.
- Experience working with professional contractors or businesses is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as required to meet customer needs or attend events.
