Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a virtual environment.

Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with options for part-time (20-30 hours per week) or full-time (40 hours per week) positions.
- Must be available to work across different time zones as needed.
