- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and principles.
- Familiarity with IT systems, including hardware, software, and network administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues.

Experience:
- No prior experience is required; however, internships or part-time roles in HR or IT will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods or for specific projects.
