Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental requirements and forecast future staffing needs.

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Utilize various sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and industry networks to attract qualified candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.

  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR business partners, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and ensure a cohesive approach to talent acquisition.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

  • Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the onboarding team to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the company.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or degrees in HR are a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on aviation or related industries. Proven track record in managing complex recruitment processes and successfully filling high-volume or specialized roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Experience

  • Aviation Industry Experience: Direct experience in recruitment within the aviation sector is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of industry-specific roles, regulations, and qualifications.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including experience with high-level and niche roles.

  • Operational Skills: Proven experience in streamlining recruitment operations and implementing process improvements.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week. Flexibility may be required to accommodate recruitment needs across different time zones.
