• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure all packages meet the companys standards before dispatch.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain shipping documentation and reports.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing and resolving any package-related issues or discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in sorting and handling packages.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with team members and supervisors.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking to resolve any issues that arise during the processing of packages.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience in package handling or similar roles is advantageous.

Working Hours:

• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Shifts may vary; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
