HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities during the night shift. This role is crucial in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. The Night Janitor will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste removal.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Replenish supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting broken items.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Secure the building by locking doors and setting alarms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a janitor or in a similar role.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good physical condition and stamina.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in janitorial or custodial work.
• Experience in a commercial or industrial setting is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.
• Night shift hours, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Occasional weekend and holiday work may be required.
