Job Summary: Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our evening part-time shift. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Providing information about products and services.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintaining customer databases.
- Following up on customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Working Hours: Evening shifts, part-time.
