Job Summary:Amex is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.

  • Assist with the organization and coordination of company events and meetings.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
