Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume customer service environment.

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.

  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

  • U.S. residency and eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles (hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus).

  • Bilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred).

  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems or travel booking platforms.
